for Supply Teachers Supply Staff Support Kits The Federation Supply and Recruitment Task Group recommended that each Federation School would adopt the Support Kit (Purple boxes) successfully used at Priory School. The Federation agreed to purchase and equip Support Kits for each School and these are now ready for use. Nicola Blain and Adele Vinton (WEP office administrators) have equipped the boxes with a range of resources following consultation with schools. These include a variety of practical items to assist Supply Teachers in their work. However schools will need to add copies of policies, procedures and other documents (recommended list attached) to the boxes so that Supply Teachers can be clear about systems and requirements specific to your school. Supply Teachers should be given a box at the start of the day to be returned to you along with any completed feedback documentation at the end of the day. The boxes will need to be replenished on a regular basis by each school. This initiative will be monitored by the Federation so that we can assess its usefulness.
